Man accused of hiding meth in his underwear

The Cabell County Sheriff’s Office stopped a man for shoplifting and found what’s believed to be 26-grams of crystal meth in his underwear. Twenty-eight-year-old Brandon Webb and a woman were stopped by Walmart employees. The woman is charged with shoplifting 30-dollars’ worth of clothing. Webb is charged with shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance.
