WVDOT awarded $40 million in BUILD grants

West Virginia will receive 40-million-dollars in BUILD grants to fund two major transportation projects. Governor Justice says the money will be used to build a bypass around Berkeley Spring and add nearly ten-miles to Corridor H, a four-lane expressway in Tucker County.
