Governor makes appointment to state Supreme Court
Governor Jim Justice made a new appointment to the West Virginia Supreme Court. Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge John Hutchison has been appointed to the high court. Hutchison will fill the seat of convicted Justice Allen Loughry who resigned last month.
