WV receives $40 million in federal grant money

Two West Virginia highway project will receive 40-million-dollars in federal grant money. The U.S. Transportation Department says 20-million-dollars will fund the Corridor H project to build a four-lane expressway from Kerens to Parsons. The other 20-million-dollars will fund the Berkeley Springs Bypass.
