Goodwin recommends Cary for Charleston City Clerk

Charleston’s next mayor, Amy Goodwin, has announced her recommendation for the city’s next clerk. She is recommending Miles Cary II for the position. Cary is a graduate of Capital High School and West Virginia State University. He is a military veteran, and currently a practicing attorney.
