Voters changing party affiliation

With the West Virginia primary approaching quickly, the number of voters who are changing their party affiliation is picking up. By far the largest switch is those deciding to vote as a Republican. Statewide, more than seven-thousand voters who were Democrats in 2012 are wanting to vote on the GOP ballot this year. Only 15-hundred registered Republicans in 2012 are voting Democrat this year.
