Hold up for Winfield sewer plant plans

Plans to build a new sewer plant in Winfield hit a snag. The project temporarily on hold as officals wait for the State Division of Culture to complete its review of the site. They want ot make sure the work on the project is not disturbing any historical artifacts in the area. The new sewer plant will replace the one that currently sits along the Kanawha River.
