Civil War class

The Civil War class that Phil Caskey teaches at University High School is very popular and now there is little chance it will become any easier to get a seat. Caskey has been named the 2016 Civil War Trust National Teacher of the Year. Caskey is in his third year as a teacher at University High School in Morgantown, where he also teaches civics and advanced placement research.
