State Police to Step Up DUI Patrols
State troopers will be out in force, patrolling roads this fall looking to crack down on impaired driving. West Virginia State Police are planning to use grant money, in partnership with the Governor’s Highway Safety Program, to step up DUI patrols for the rest of the summer and into the first part of fall. Look for the increased presence at high school and college football games, fairs, festivals, and other big events where the likelihood of impaired drivers increases.
