Free Naloxone Training Monday in South Charleston

Free training this coming Monday for those who want to learn how to administer the opiod-reversing drug Naloxone. The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department and Putnam County Health Department will do the training at the St. Paul United Methodist Church along Kanawha Turnpike in South Charleston at 6pm Monday. Naloxone blocks or reverses the effects of opioid or narcotic medication and treats overdoses.
