WV first Lady safe infant sleep awareness
West Virginia’s First Lady plans to host six infant safe sleep awareness events at hospitals across the state in September. Joanne Jaeger Tomblin said yesterday she will make the rounds as part of the “Our Babies: Safe and Sound “Say YES to Safe Sleep” campaign.” Tomblin says the campaign is now reaching 81-percent of West Virginia’s birthing population. The first meeting is tomorrow at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg.
