Beckley Inmate Escapes

Authorities are searching for an inmate who escaped a correctional facility in Beckley. WOWK-TV says that 36-year-old Randy Justice, also known as Randy Vance, escaped Sunday from the facility in Raleigh County. He was serving one to five years for a felony fraud charge in Kanawha County. Justice is described as a white man with brown hair and blue eyes, about five-foot-nine and 220 pounds, with several tattoos on his body, including one of the Tasmanian devil on his right front leg and the letters ‘SJ’ on the back of his neck.
