Watch out for deer
West Virginia drivers are once again more likely to hit a deer than in any other state. State Farm’s annual Deer Damage survey is out and West Virginia is the state most likely to file a claim from a collision with a deer, elk or moose. The odds are that one in 41 drivers are likely to hit a deer, a jump of nearly five-a-half-percent from the previous survey. Montana, Pennsylvania, Iowa and South Dakota follow West Virginia in the top five.
