Kids Kick Opioids Winner

A Rosemont Elementary School student is the statewide winner of the Kids Kick Opioids contest. West Virginia officials created the contest, which is designed to raise awareness of prescription painkiller abuse. Jacey Chalmers of Martinsburg was selected from among more than two-thousand entries submitted. The winning entry included a picture of her and her father taken one week before he died from a drug overdose.
