Drug Court to Graduate 100th Person

The 100th graduate completes the Kanawha County Drug Court Program today, and Sgt. B-D Humphreys says the program’s first Veteran’s Track graduate will also be recognized. A total of five will graduate at the event at the Old County Courthouse in Charleston.
