WV Homeless

A U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development report suggests the number of homeless people is on the decline. The reports says that in West Virginia, the decline is as much as 17-percent. The Executive Director of the Clarksburg Mission even with the declining numbers, on any given night they will house between 90 and 95 at their shelter.
