Volunteers Needed to Help at the Humane Association

The Kanawha County Humane Association is looking for volunteers to make shelter pets’ holidays happy while they wait to be adopted. They need 100 volunteers 18 and older to walk dogs larger than 50 lbs. at Furry Feast. Santa will be in the “holiday cheer” tent and he’ll be collecting leads and harnesses, toys, and canned food. And they’re trying to hang stockings for every pet at KCHA stuffed with treats and toys. They need 200 stockings by December 23rd. See more at www.adoptcharleston.com
