WV Charitable State

West Virginia is one of the country’s most charitable states. A new WalletHub survey says the state ranks eleventh in contributions to charities, based on more than a dozen factors. Utah hit the top spot, while Ohio ranked eighth, Kentucky finished 20th and Pennsylvania placed 23rd. Arizona, California, Texas, Nevada and Hawaii were at the bottom of the list.
