Ameen Joe Joseph

Well known Charleston personality Ameen “Joe” Joseph is dead. The “Gazette” reports that the 91-year-old lost his life Friday after battling an illness. Joseph was the driving force behind the Spring Street Foodland Fresh and died while surrounded by his family at a hospice. His store manager confirmed the death to the newspaper.
