Georgia Man About to Sell Drugs in Fayette County is Arrested
A Fayette County drug bust is leading to charges for a Georgia man. Sheriff’s deputies arrested 26-year old Justin J. Parks this week and charged him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department. Parks was a passenger in a stolen Toyota Camry that was pulled over in the Smithers area. A search turned up 48 small bags of cocaine that was packaged for sale, plus other drugs and cash. Parks was also wanted in Georgia on robbery and assault charges.
