Chemical Spill

West Virginia American Water’s reaction to the Freedom Industries chemical spill will be discussed this week in court. The spill had an impact on more than a dozen state counties and regulators held public hearings last week for input. A rally was held by those demanding answers with many saying the company has downplayed the entire ordeal. A hearing this week will start the court proceedings.
