Common Core Town Halls Start This Week

A series of town hall meetings will start Tuesday in Morgantown at West Virginia University as state education leaders gather input on Common Core. There is also a website that state Superintendent Michael Martirano says contains 900 math and English standards can be read and commented on until Sept. 30. There’s also a town hall meeting planned for South Charleston on Sept. 10.
