A deadly crash in Clay County under investigation
West Virginia State Police are investigating a deadly crash in Clay County. Fifty -three-year-old Dallas Nicholas was killed early Sunday morning when he crashed his vehicle into a tree on Ivydale Road. Nicholas was not wearing a seatbelt and suffered severe head trauma.
