A deadly crash in Putnam County
A deadly crash in Putnam County…A woman died and a child is in critical condition after a wreck Monday morning on Route 34, about five miles south of Hurricane. The car hit a patch of black ice around a curve and slid into oncoming traffic and was hit by another car. The victims were transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital, where the woman died.
