A Group ATV Ride Leads to Tragedy

An ATV accident claims the life of a girl in her twenties. Sgt. B-D Humphreys with the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year old Nicole Pullen of East Bank was traveling with a group of about 30 ATVs when the accident happened. The ATV went into a tree and she was ejected. The group had no cell phone, so they loaded Nicole into the utility bed of a side-by-side ATV and took her to the nearest residence where they called 911, but it was too late to save her. Another passenger trapped beneath that SUV was freed.
