After-school Bible clubs planned in Mercer County

Mercer County’s Bible in the Schools program is starting a pilot program this fall to fund new clubs that will meet in classrooms after school at a limited number of elementary schools. A judge dismissed a federal lawsuit against the district last year based on its decision to suspend elective Bible classes offered during the school day.
