Another day of teacher protests at the Capitol

Teachers are expected to return to the Capitol today for a second day of protests during a statewide walkout. Teachers from across the state are protesting low wages and rising health care costs. Governor Justice signed a bill Wednesday that gives teachers a four-percent raise over the next three years, but many teachers say the measures taken so far still are not enough.
