Another Fire in Charleston Ruled Arson

The city sent out a demolition crew shortly after a house fire early Friday since it was old, run-down, and a total loss. The building was known as the old Capital Paging building in the 1400 block of Kanawha Boulevard east. It was about 100 years old, and the fire is being investigated as arson. There are reports this was the fifth fire at this building and the third since December. Only the first fire has been ruled an accident, and the others, arsons.
