Arrest Made in Charleston Graffiti Case
A man is facing charges related to an investigation into graffiti on public buildings around Charleston. Ray Hensley Jr. was arrested Tuesday night on Charleston’s East End, related to the “Black Lives Matter” graffiti sprayed on the side of the Clay Center. More charges are likely to follow once a detailed examination of other graffiti sites is finished. Other buildings have also been tagged. So far, Hensley faces charges of obstructing, shoplifting and trespassing.
