Baby safe after carjacking

A one-year-old child is safe this morning…The child was in the backseat of a Chevrolet Malibu that was stolen last night from the Econo Lodge in Ripley. Police found the car about a mile outside Ripley, and the baby is fine. Amanda Brotherton has been charged with kidnapping.
