Black History Month

Charleston police said they will honor six citizens who they said have dedicated their lives to serving the city’s citizens. The Rev. Riccardo Flippin, Danny Dyess, Terri Berkley, Linda Ealy and Darrin Lester will be recognized tomorrow in a ceremony in observance of Black History Month, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department.
