Blankenship fights to get his name on Nov. ballot

The state Supreme Court is the next battle ground for former coal executive Don Blankenship as fights to get his name on the November ballot. Blankenship lost the U.S. Senate race in May, but he’s pushing to run as a third party candidate in the general election. The high court will hear the case next Wednesday.
