Blankenship running for Senate again

Former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship says he’s running for the U.S. Senate again, this time on the Constitution Party ticket. Blankenship finished third in the Republican primary earlier this month. West Virginia has a “sore loser” provision that may keep Blankenship’s name off the November ballot, but his campaign is discussing a legal argument that could call that law into question.
