Blue Ribbon Commission recommends funding increase for smaller colleges

The Governor’s Blue Ribbon Commission on four-year higher education is recommending a ten-million-dollar annual funding increase for the state’s smaller colleges. The commission says funding should come out of the state budget surplus. A full report is due to Governor Justice in December.
