Body found near railroad tracks in Boyd County

The Boyd County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a man was found dead near the railroad tracks just off U.S. 23 in Catlettsburg. The man appears to be in his mid-to-late 20’s; authorities are still trying to identify the body. After an initial investigation, it appears the man was hit by a train.
