Both senators are in favor of the EPM Act

Both of the state’s senators are in favor of the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015. Senators Manchin and Capito were among the majority voting in favor of the legislation yesterday. Senator Capito called the bill a “commonsense energy package.”
