Broadband access helps WV compete in the digital economy

Nearly four-thousand homes and business in Barbour, Randolph and Upshur counties are getting broadband access. The Central West Virginia Broadband Association received 3-million-dollars in federal funding to provide broadband access. Senator Shelley Moore Capito calls it an absolute necessity to help the state compete in a global digital economy.
