Capito & Healthcare Plan

West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore-Capito is not in line with most GOP members over the new House healthcare plan. Capito and three other Republican senators sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell stating their concerns over Medicaid changes in the February 10th healthcare draft. The four votes could be enough to derail a GOP plan to replace the Affordable Care Act with a plan of their own.
