Carson tours rehab clinics

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson toured three drug rehabilitation facilities in Huntington and Charleston yesterday. His visit is part of the Trump administration’s efforts to understand the opioid crisis. Carson said, other states can learn from what’s being done in West Virginia.
