Charleston Hybrid Unit is making a difference

The Charleston police hybrid unit is celebrating six months and over 360 arrests. Police Chief Steve Cooper says the unit is cracking down on what he calls “quality of life” crimes that were inundating the city. The hybrid unit is making sure complaints from business owners and neighbors downtown are addressed as quickly as possible.
