Charleston man steals a minivan, fires shots at the owner

More charges are being filed against a Charleston man who was out on bond for leading police on a high speed chase two weeks ago. Robert Goff, Jr. is accused of stealing a minivan and firing a gun with his wife and child in the vehicle. It happened Sunday night on Falcon Drive. No one was injured in the incident. Goff is in custody.
