Chase Bank to Close One Branch

Chase Bank is closing one of its Charleston locations. The company announced this week that the South Hills branch will close to keep up with a changing market. The South Hills branch will consolidate with the main branch, which is only a mile away. Chase expects the number of branches nationwide to decrease by about 5 percent this year, and that’s 300 branch locations. Chase is also considering opening new branches or renovating where the market demands it.
