Chemical Spill is Investigated

Crews responded Monday to a chemical spill at the DRP mine in the Blue Creek area of Kanawha County. West Virginia American Water continues to monitor things, and the Dept. of Environmental Protection sent crews to the site, along with Kanawaha County Emergency Management officials. The cause of a chemical spill is under investigation.
