Chicago is on firm financial footing

Mayor Emanuel says Chicago is on firmer financial footing than it has been in years. The Mayor unveiled his proposed 2018 budget yesterday. It includes at 15-cent fee hike for Uber and Lyft rides, and a one-dollars-ten-cent a month increase in the 9-1-1 phone tax.
