Child Protective Services adding positions

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is adding forty-eight Child Protective Services positions across the state. The additional positions will help reduce the load on case workers. DHHR Deputy Secretary Jeremiah Samples says the state leads the nation in removing children from homes. Caseloads have increased over 30-percent in the last three years.
