Christmas trees going up around the Capitol

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around the West Virginia Capitol complex. Christmas trees will go up today. The spruce trees will be located in the north and south plazas. The annual Joyful Night tree lighting ceremony is set for December 4th.
