City Council delays vote on Needle Exchange Program

Heated debate at the Charleston City Council meeting last night over a bill that would effectively end the Needle Exchange Program…Council delayed a vote and a task force will have 60 days to find a solution to the city’s growing problem of used syringes left in public places.
