Officials say Clay County schools will be closed for the rest of the week during an ongoing school threat investigation. On its website, the school district told media outlets in a statement Tuesday that the decision was made to close the schools Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after additional information was obtained in the investigation. Officials have not said what that additional information was.
