Clean Air Power Plan
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton are at the front of the line in asking Donald Trump to repeal President Obama’s so-called Clean Air Power plan. Morrisey and Paxton led a 24-state group that sent a letter to Trump and several others that suggests a four-point strategy that begins with Trump rescinding the Climate Action Plan on day one.
