Clean Power Plan on the chopping block

The EPA will hold a public hearing in Charleston later this month on a proposal to repeal the Clean Power Plan. The plan was created by the Obama Administration and there are several proposals to change it or do away with it. Public comments are scheduled for November 28th and 29th.
